My name is Kate and I am a multidisciplinary artist based in NYC. Through the mediums of weaving, photography, and surface design, my work is defined by a strong use of narrative and connection to self. I love materials, stories, and imperfections. I believe in always appreciating the process, whatever it may look like in that moment.

I currently work as a Designer at Brunschwig & Fils where I design and develop products ranging from upholstery to wallcovering for the high end residential market. Working both from archival designs and in collaboration with mills around the world, I am able to develop collections that align with Brunschwig & Fils’ brand and color identity, staying true to the rich history of the luxury French fabric house.

When I’m not weaving barefoot in my studio or rearranging my furniture to style a photograph, you can often find me listening to LPs or laughing a lot with friends and family. Thank you for stopping by my site, and please reach out for any inquiries (or just to say hello!).
